Mill Creek Seminary offers three different downloadable resources for Pagans. At this time they do not have the funding to mail these out to individual inmates. However, volunteers and chaplains are welcome to print them up and distribute them as needed.
The Pagan Education Network has a list of organizations, correspondence courses, books, and contacts for pen-pals and specific traditions.

Mother Earth Ministries offers brochures on many Pagan topics. These can be printed off of the internet or prisoners can obtain these by writing to Mother Earth Ministries directly. They do not charge for these brochures but do ask that inmates provide a self addressed envelope when possible.
Mother Earth Ministries also have a large PDF manual called Wicca behind Bars: A Guide to Practicing the Craft. It is twenty four pages long and so I offer it only to inmates who have come to my group several times. At times, I have had it printed off at a local copy shop, but now that I have a printer that can print on both sides of the paper it is more economical for me to print them at home.

Enchantment Encumbered is a fantastic book written by Mother Earth Ministries own Ashleen O'Gaea and Carol Garr. Enchanted Encumbered is specifically written for Wiccans who are living in restricted environments such as prisons and extended care facilities. All of the information and resource is tailored so that very little physical resources are necessary. Chaplains and Pagan ministers can buy multiple copies direct from MEM for a discounted price. You can read a synopsis of the book here.
